Environmental Benefit Always Aimed For
Associations and unions are extremely important for a country. They act with beneficial purposes for the environment through their actions. An association is the coming together of a few people for the same purpose, authorized within the framework of official permits, and uniting in line with their goals. Animal protection associations or environmental protection associations would be the best examples of this. If we think a bit bigger and more realistically, Greenpeace and TEMA are among the largest unions known for their environmentalist movements.
Hundreds of Exemplary Projects Undertaken
TEMA Foundation is one of the best unions in this regard and has undertaken significant projects for Turkey. When considered for Turkey, 743 million hectares of land are subject to erosion. Its fundamental values include elements such as reliability, respectability, transparency, creative participation, and scientific approach. For this reason, TEMA Foundation is one of the pioneers among associations and unions. One of the main themes of the TEMA Foundation, which has been active since 1992, is 'Let Turkey Not Become a Desert'.
