How to Store Dried Legumes
Dried legumes are food items prepared by drying, so they need to be stored in a dry environment. The contact of legumes with air must be cut off. It is inevitable for legumes that come into contact with air to become infested with weevils or insects. Legumes should be stored away from moisture. The container in which they are stored should not absorb moisture. Moisture causes mold in legumes.
